Pelaksanaan latihan Transfer of Technology (ToT) Aplikasi Bilangan 1 ini adalah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kefahaman serta kecekapan pegawai dalam penggunaan platform analitik dan visualisasi data yang digunakan di bawah Sistem APS iaitu di bawah modul intelligence and targeting. Latihan ini memberi pendedahan secara praktikal kepada peserta berkaitan fungsi dan keupayaan aplikasi Kibana dalam menyokong proses pemantauan, analisis dan pelaporan data operasi.

End User Training (EUT) is a key component prior to the go-live of the Advance Passenger Screening (APS) System Project. It is designed to ensure that all relevant stakeholders gain a comprehensive understanding of the system’s functions, operational processes, objectives, and technical aspects.

The training goes beyond knowledge transfer by incorporating hands-on sessions, allowing participants to actively engage with the APS System. This approach helps to build familiarity and confidence among users before the system is fully implemented.

In addition, several targeted engagement sessions for specific user groups are incorporated within the End User Training series, as agreed by the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) and the APS System Contractor. These sessions aim to address specific operational needs and ensure effective adoption of the system across all stakeholders.
